You retain full ownership of the invoice content you create. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business data or customer information.

BillNG is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillNG and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed payments, or data loss.

6. Free Tier & Paid Plans

The free tier allows a limited number of invoices per month. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the free tier or introduce paid features at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website and will not affect invoices you have already sent.

7. Privacy & Data

8. Third‑Party Services
